Resident Research processes all applications for us. The following will be performed:

• Employment / Income verification
• Criminal background
• Identification verification
• Rental history – must have no evictions or damage charges
• Credit check (score must be 625 or above for Residential & 650 or above for Commercial)
  

RESIDENTIAL Applicants:

ALL Adults (18 years or older) that will be living in home owned by Dayle Guffey Properties LLC are REQUIRED to COMPLETE an APPLICATION.    List most recent landlord (non-family member). Note: Family members are not to be used as references.

Attention Pet Owners: Please read our Pet Policy before proceeding. 

Please Note: Smoking is NOT allowed inside our properties at any time. 

If you are applying for a particular unit, please confirm it’s still available prior to completing an application. It sometimes take us several days to update our website and / or cancel ad. 

COMMERCIAL Applicants

Credit score must be 650 or higher Application Fee varies. Guarantor(s) as follows required to complete Application:
Sole proprietorship – Owner
LLC – all Members
Corporation – President

Application must be completed using a computer. For security reasons, a cell phone or iPad may not be used.
